Scope Of Work
The scope of work includes design-build of a 2,000 square foot space including temporary kitchen, bathroom facilities and hallway to accommodate the complete first floor structures’ replacement with a multi-phase schedule to facilitate the building occupants. The project also consists of replacement of the boiler plant, temperature control systems, MEP demolition, installation of a sprinkler system, fire alarm upgrades, new bathrooms and a new kitchen.
