Scope Of Work
Construction Manager: Liro Program and Construction Management, P.C.
Interior renovation of 30,000 square feet of floor space. The scope of work includes asbestos abatement, painting, industrial cleaning of the existing finishes and complete demolition of all existing partitions, doors, ceilings, floors, permanent furniture, furnishings and equipment and all associated hangers and supports. The renovation consists of new partitions, floors, ceilings, lighting fixtures, doors, benches and built-in courtroom casework. Exterior work includes the installation of exterior pressurization ductwork and renovation of the four primary egress stairs of the building. Structural work is limited to modifications required for the new lift, new stairs, new areas of high-density storage, new areas of mechanical equipment and support of exterior ductwork.
