Snemis Homes LLC is a third generation contractor following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather in construction. We are a hands on builder, which makes a difference for the homeowner. We are on the job-site daily and maintaining everything personally. Our background is purely in construction, so the homeowner can feel comfortable in the knowledge that the builder can get an answer for their questions as quickly as possible. We can build a home that is cost effective, and maintain the highest of craftsmanship. Our experience and our hands on attention travels through the project from the site-planning to the final trim out. Our experience comes from being a carpenter, and having a construction managementdegree from Purdue University. This helps in such as aspects: scheduling, estimating, and ordering. We could easily give advice to the homeowner as to how practical and/or cost-effective a change might be. Our clients expect to have a custom home with personal details and with the unique needs of their requests. Our goal is to give our clients a home they can enjoy for years and benefit from financially one day.
