DEWEES-MELLOR INC. is primarily engaged in renovation work consisting of residential, commercial and institutional projects in the role of general contractor. DEWEES-MELLOR INC. maintains a stable work force and has longstanding relationships with its subcontractors of all trades. DEWEES-MELLOR INC. also services its prior clients, both corporate and individual on an ongoing basis, primarily as builder and contractor for wide ranging renovations and/or smaller projects.

DEWEES-MELLOR INC. was formed by Harry DeWees and Jim Mellor in the Spring of 1984. With over 26 years experience, each brings to the company a professional education in construction along with hands on field experience. DEWEES-MELLOR INC. maintains an office at 374 Washington Avenue and has a shop and storage space leased at 168 Jay Street in Brooklyn, New York. In addition, Harry DeWees also owns/develops multiple dwelling builings in Brownstone Brooklyn.
