Our Story

Classic Site Solutions, Inc. is a full service construction and project management company that provides high quality services to government agencies in sensitive environments with very strict guidelines.

As a general contractor, Classic draws on a diverse and growing portfolio of construction experience. The key to our success is a collaborative approach to each assignment, working with project owners, clients, architects, and subcontractors toward the common goal of successful project delivery. Using technical skill, preconstruction conceptualization, self-performance capability, and our broad resource base ensures that each project is matched with the appropriate technical expertise. Classic's proprietary construction process anticipates project challenges and develops solutions that deliver superior quality—transforming your construction experience.

Company structure and experience

Classic is privately owned by its co-founders Cheryl Sady and Bruce Zamora. In addition to being seasoned executives with a combined 50+ years in the construction industry, both Sady and Zamora are LEED APs. Under their leadership, Classic Site Solutions has grown into a multi-million dollar company with 40 employees and two locations.

Trusted professionalism

Classic’s experience with government projects provides us insight into the importance of professionalism, cooperation, and creative problem solving. From management in the office to the workers in the field, our staff exhibits a level of respect and professionalism unique to the construction industry. With an absolute focus on client results, Classic directs every aspect of its work with integrity and operational excellence.

Collaborative project management

Classic builds a collaborative team for each project, selecting from a broad base of architects and subcontractors. Members are chosen both for their expertise and their fit with Classic's values. Every project is managed directly by our company. An owner (either Sady or Zamora), a construction operations manager, project manager, project supervisor, estimator, and consultants are included on every team to ensure decisions can be expertly made, without delay or miscommunication.

The Classic process

Our unique construction process, The Construction Sequencing System™ was developed to successfully complete projects in sensitive environments with strict adherence to all security, environmental, and safety guidelines. Throughout each of the six process stages, Classic meticulously defines, documents, and manages every detail so that clients can focus on their regular business. The Construction Sequencing System™ creates confidence that expectations and contract requirements will be met without compromise or complication.

Turnkey completion

All projects are continually evaluated by Classic's internal quality control process. Our team performs periodic self inspections throughout the project to ensure all contract requirements aremet. Our attention to detail and commitment to quality at each phase guarantees our client a turn-key result on the day of final inspection.

Value-added experience

Our expertise, technical approach, and past performance, coupled with the respect and professionalism of our staff, results in long lasting relationships that our clients trust and value.
