Justin joined Steiner Construction in 2014 and plays a vital role in overseeing Steiner’s day to day operations. Justin graduated with degree in construction management and has been in the construction industry for the last 20 years.  He loves the variety and challenge of a project and thrives on building teams to ensure each and every project exceeds the client’s expectations, every time.

Outside of Steiner Construction, Justin enjoys spending time with his lovely wife, adorable daughter and family dog.  He also enjoys his time outdoors, on the lake, cooking or simply beach side with a line in the water.

Patrick joined Steiner Construction in 2019 as Vice President of Steiner Construction Services.

Patrick has been in the construction and commercial real estate industries for 20+ years and has a wide variety of experience to offer our clients. Patrick has extensive experience in project development and business development, with an emphasis on client satisfaction.

He very much enjoys the on-going client relationship building process and makes sure all clients receive the final product that they deserve. He believes that the right amount of communication is the key ingredient to build and keep successful relationships.

Outside of work, Patrick enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He enjoys coaching, sports, travel, hiking, motorcycles and anything to do with being on a lake or by the ocean.

Phillip Baum started with the company as president of Steiner Construction Services in early 2003 and became partner in Steiner Companies in January 2006. After selling his interest in Steiner Development and Steiner Commercial Realty Mr. Baum became sole owner of Steiner Construction Services January 2nd 2018.

Mr. Baum has extensive experience and expertise in preconstruction services, conceptual estimating, construction of retail, office, industrial, multi-family housing, hospitality, and religious facilities.

Phillip has been responsible for growing Steiner Construction Services, Inc. into a National General Contractor licensed in 35 States, serving the construction needs of many Corporate and private clients.

Scott joined Steiner Construction in 2008. He oversees Steiner’s finance, accounting, and administration departments. Scott graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting in 1991, passed the CPA in 1996, and has over 25 years of accounting experience, all in the real estate and construction industries.

Scott is a member of the Minnesota Society of CPA’s (MNCPA), the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA), and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
