Our Story
Bauer Excavating Incorporated was established in 1973, by Chester Bauer, owner and founder. He started out with three employees and grew the company. Chester's son, Charles Bauer, started working with the company at the age of 16. He quickly became an equipment operator and continued to grow within the company until he took over Bauer Excavating in 1995. Since then Charles has grown his company to 12 employees.
