Bonnie Ann Smith, the owner of Expert Paving Company LLC, can boast of an extensive background in the construction industry. Her more than 30 years of experience includes serving as the sole proprietor of a successful land development company for the Greensburg, Delmont, and Pittsburgh areas. She also spent 10 years as the owner of Acme Drilling Company, a predecessor to her paving business that was primarily associated with the coal-mining industry. Bonnie credits this experience to her most recent success with operating Expert Paving Company LLC. Bonnie is currently seeking MBE/WBE (Women-Business-Enterprise) status and PENNDOT ceritification.

Mike Smith, general field manager for Expert Paving Company LLC, is Bonnie's son and right-hand man. Mike has been associated with heavy equipment all of his life. He is familiar with the general operations of moving dirt, grading, and safety. His knowledge expanded to asphalt paving when he went to work for two prominent, local paving companies. He was then able to add experience with paving, sealing, and tar and chip to his resume.

Expert Paving Company is a licensed Home Improvement Contractor (PA-040714) and is Safety Committee Certified in the Commonwealth of PA.
