Patrick is a Project Management Professional and a Six Sigma Master Black Belt in process and systems design. He has significant financial, development, commercial and industrial experience. Strategic planning, tactical implementation, and sustainability is a key focus.

?Patrick has a Bachelor’s Degree and is a graduate of the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College.

Shawn is the founder and leader of the Great Lakes Bay Construction Team. Shawn has over 20 years of experience through hundreds of design and construction projects from site evaluation and planning through final occupancy.

Shawn is a graduate of Central Michigan University where he holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Construction Management.

Dale has been working as a Project Manager for over 10 years since receiving his Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from Ferris State University and his Associates Degree in Architecture from Delta College.

With his experience on a wide variety of Commercial and Multi-Family Residential projects qualifies him to handle any project with the up most ability?.

Jay has been working in the construction industry for over 10 years as a project manager and estimator. Jay received his Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management and Industrial Safety from Central Michigan University where he was a student athlete.

He has a vast knowledge of high end residential construction and multi-family construction.

Joe has been working in the construction industry for over 10 years. Prior to starting his current role he worked as a journeyman carpenter, crew leader and project scheduler. His experience lies primarily in the Medical, Manufacturing, and Retail. Joe currently leads our Design-Build projects. He has extensive experience in Design-Build contracts and assists our customers from concept to completion.

Joe attended Michigan Technological University.

David has worked with local companies and foundations to achieve strategic goals of the community through development projects and events within the region. He has made close relationships with regional employers and organizations and has vast knowledge of the local community and region. David has experience with federal contracts in the construction industry.

David has a bachelor’s degree from Central Michigan University.

Kari is a licensed realtor in Michigan who joined the team in 2015. Kari offers our clients a knowledge of real estate development and site selection. She understands the commercial construction industry and the best locations to create positive results for our clients.

Keshia has been working in the construction industry as an accountant for over 15 years. She has a vast knowledge of accounts payables, receivables, and construction financing.

Keshia holds an Associate’s degree in accounting from Delta College. ?

Marco is a new addition to Great Lakes Bay Construction. He has extensive experience in management and has supplemented his skills with education and training in safety. He currently fills the role of Safety Director. He strives to achieve a zero-accident workplace alongside all team members here at Great Lakes Bay Construction. He attended Delta College and currently holds the OSHA 30 Hour Construction, HAZWOPER 40 and other industry related certificates.
