Jersey Point Management is a W.B.E. Certified and S.B.E. Certified family enterprise. Judith Berkey is the principal owner of the company and leads one of the most sought after Commercial HVAC maintenance contractors in the US.  Frank Berkey is Project Engineer/Project Manager with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Six of our children are involved in some aspect of the business.

JPM is experienced and accomplished in handling every facet of commercial plumbing, electric and HVAC projects.  We perform all mechanicals as well as the Design Build aspect of the project. Companies come to us because we handle the entire project and have the expertise, experience and referrals to work on every type of project.

Some examples are the new Giants Stadium, Montclair University and other colleges, corporate offices for large US companies like AT&T, Pfizer, Allied Signal/Honeywell,  Wegman's Supermarkets(in 5 states) and Marriott Hotels(in 3 states).
