Scope Of Work
The Woodlands, TX, a 28,000 acre master-planned community just outside of Houston, has seen immense growth in this sector. This CubeSmart project, with climate control, diverse space options, and competitive prices, is in prime location in The Woodlands and offers a necessity to the residents there. The project offers 103,000 square feet of storage, with a total of 2 storage facilities. The one facility is a three story metal building, while the other is a stand alone single-story storage complex. VCC completed all new construction of this self-storage project including all associated sitework.
