Since 2003, owners Andre Lekai and Charlie Johnson have been jointly or individually involved in the construction of a number of high-profile commercial and residential buildings in San Luis Obispo County operating in the capacity of Superintendent & Project Coordinator and Purchasing Manager.

The opportunity arose for us to construct a new retail center in Arroyo Grande, for a prominent and highly respected developer, Ted Moore. With great enthusiasm and excitement, this resulted in the formation of C3 Construction & Development, Incorporated.
