Scope Of Work
This beautiful 17,783 sf buildout for Banner Health was completed within Surprise Medical Plaza, a two-story medical office building constructed in 2012 by Low Mountain Construction.
The project, built in just fi ve months, consisted of the buildout of two suites, including a reception concourse, radiology, a lab with draw rooms, 29 exam rooms, 4 procedure rooms, consultation rooms, 2 central nursing stations, doctors’ offi ces, staff offices, and staff lounge and meeting areas. Low Mountain Construction, Inc. was selected by the owner at the beginning of the design phase and was responsible for pre-construction services of cost estimating, value engineering, scheduling, and subcontracting. Low Mountain also served as the general contractor during the construction phase of the project.
