Our Story

D.A. Foster Company specializes in relocation and new business services of underground utilities, including gas, electric, water, sewer and telecommunications. Additionally, we also provide services in underground trenching, excavation, directional and horizontal boring, large diameter tunneling, snow removal and paving.

D.A. Foster Company was founded in 1949 with the philosophy that the key to success is safe, reliable performance and quality workmanship.  As a leader in the heavy construction industry, we realize the value of a dedicated management team to continually provide the diversified services required by our client's ever changing needs.  Yesterday, today and tomorrow, we strive to not only successfully meet these needs but to surpass them.
