Renovations were completed to Operating Rooms 5 & 7 in 60 days, all with no interruptions or surprises. The MRI was completed 3 weeks sooner than expected, resulting in additional revenue for Wayne Memorial.

We have completed multiple additions and renovations to Wayne Memorial Hospital, including projects for a multitude of departments. Even with the challenges involved in working within an occupied, fully operational facility, we were able to deliver these projects with no interruptions and no surprises. A few projects completed at Wayne Memorial include the West Wing Addition, which involved a new 110,000 SF addition as well as 30,000 SF of renovation. We also completed a new 36,254 SF energy plant and laundry facility, a 26,300 SF pharmacy addition and CT, MRI, OR and physical/occupational therapy rooms. Implementing our Speed to Revenue program, we were able to turn over the MRI 3 weeks earlier than planned allowing Wayne Memorial to realize additional revenue.
