Sunshine Industries is a commercial and industrial roofing contractor in the southeast region. Our company started with humble beginnings in 1965 and has grown over the years into one of the premier contractors in the region. We are Licensed, Bonded, and Insured in all the states we work. We are licensed and insured to offer Asbestos Abatement for roofing projects.
The ownership of Sunshine Industries has transitioned several times over the years and the current owner is Chris Pickwell, PE. His experience in the roofing and construction industry is broad with over 20 years of experience. He is a licensed engineer. This adds a strategic ability to offer professional services not normally provided by a roofing contractor.
Sunshine Industries is a division of Sunshine Industries, Inc. who provide a broad offering of rooftop solutions such as Single-Ply Membranes, Asbestos Abatement, Standing Seam Metal, Residential Roofing, Solar PV, and Garden Roofs.
Our experience includes numerous school systems, malls, commercial strip malls, industrial plants, and institutional customers such as hospitals, nursing homes, and rehabilitation facilities.
Sunshine Industries is a member of National Roofing Contractors Association, NRCA and Associated General Contractors, ACG, and a member of NSBC and Chamber of Commerce.
