Scope Of Work
This project was located in Fresno CA. This project consisted of the complete interior demolition of an existing 50,000 square foot building and demolition of 6,000 square feet of roof for the future Garden Center. The new work consisted of new concrete foundations for various wall types, polished flooring, light gauge metal framing, drywall, new storefront system, new mechanical systems, lighting, electrical and controls, security, CCTV, structural steel and painting throughout. This project was completed within eleven (11) weeks. All concrete and masonry activities were self-performed.
