Rohm Building and Development, Inc.

was incorporated in January of 2002, in Orange County, California. Our area of operation is in the Southwestern United States.  We are General Contractors specializing in commercial, tenant improvement and retail remodel construction.

Rohm Building and Development is a group of devoted and skilled professionals who take pride in a job well done.  Quality Field Supervision and efficient Project Management are very important standards we offer our customers.  Our organized work ethic enables this team to complete projects in a timely manner.  Heavy emphasis on scheduling and communication helps keep our work in order and on time.  Management, office and field staff work together to maintain a safe, compliant, and on budget project.   Rohm Building and Development takes pride in completing our projects to the utmost satisfaction of our clients.  Given that our major client for the past seventeen years has been Walmart, we are very knowledgeable to the needs of retailers and their patrons.

Rohm Building and Development has a large talented crew, giving us the ability to self perform many trades.  This allows us to be more competitive and better control the schedule and quality of work.  In the past seventeen years (17) years, Rohm Building and Development has completed many remodels, tenant improvements and new construction projects.  Our current active commercial client list includes: Walmart, Sam's Club, Marukai Corporation, Wendy’s Restaurants, Creation Station Dance Studios, and King’s Hawaiian Restaurants.  Our President, Timothy Rohm, started doing work for Walmart 23 years ago.  We have recently completed several full store remodels and special projects.  Our team also has broad experience with shopping center and tilt up construction.  Tim Rohm  has been running his commercial construction companies since 1983.   Previous customers include: Albertsons, Ralphs, Pack and Save, Pier 1 imports, YMCA, Arco, Goodyear, Hooters, as well as several other commercial properties new construction and remodels.  

A majority and increasing percentage of our work comes from repeat clients, which is an indication of a job well done.
