Our Story

California Environmental Controls, Inc.

CEC was incorporated in 1972, to market industrial and municipal water and wastewater pumping systems and treatment processes. We specialize in integrated engineered systems from conceptual design and equipment selection, through startup and service.   We are committed to providing excellent customer service and superior engineering to insure the right product for each application.

Our office and shop facilities are located in Whittier, CA.  Whittier is centrally located (approximately 20 miles east of Los Angeles) to serve our southern and northern counties. This location also gives us easy access to the major municipalities and consulting engineering firms that maintain their offices in the greater Los Angeles metropolitan areas and surrounding counties.  We cover the California mountain / desert and Nevada territories with satellite offices.  Our personnel include qualified engineers (P.E.) and Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) designers, field service technicians, field salesmen and inside support personnel. CEC is also a UL508A registered panel shop. We can design and build custom control panels, VFD panels and switchgears.
