Anthony M. Rizzi's Bio
With over forty years of experience in the construction, industrial, retail and wholesale sectors, Anthony Rizzi oversees all facets of APECCO’s business, including project procurement, product development, customer service, finances, administration and marketing initiatives. As the company’s top executive, Anthony not only maintains and develops customer relationships, but also fosters the sort of strategic alliances that help APECCO remain the Tri-State Area’s premier full service environmental and construction firm.
Anthony’s managerial career began in the 1970s as a sales engineer for Ingersoll-Rand products. In 1980 Anthony’s entrepreneurial spirit created and ran PAR Industrial Sales, Inc., a manufacturer’s representative business, for engineered pneumatic and construction products. In 1994, Tony joined the petroleum services company Ira D. Conklin & Sons, Inc. in Newburgh, NY where he became the firm’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing. With Anthony’s help, by 2002 the company quadrupled its sales and employed three times the amount of employees under his guidance.
Anthony founded APECCO in 2003 and, over a decade of stewardship, has grown the company from its start-up roots to the premier Petroleum and Environmental construction and Services Company in the Tri-State area. An active member, in the Petroleum Equipment Institute and other advisory associations, have created a professional and educated professional unsurpassed in this specific field.
Anthony holds a BS degree in Management and Marketing from LIU/Mercy College and continues his education in his field of expertise.

Daniel Carpenter's Bio
Daniel Carpenter directs construction projects for APECCO. His hands on capability of building, installing and constructing as well as a professional management quality creates a beacon for the many construction and service personnel. Daniel oversees the construction procurement of equipment and tools to support one of the largest petroleum based construction companies in the Nation. In his role, Daniel is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with major oil companies, including Exxon/Mobil and Sunoco. Daniel also plays a lead role in the efficiencies of estimating and analyses that, especially for larger, multi-phase projects, help APECCO (and its clients) provide the most cost-effective complete scope of work possible.
Michael B. Carr's Bio
As APECCO’s highest-ranking certified professional geologist (CPG), Michael Carr is responsible for supervising and implementing various company programs for professional and employee training, engineering certification, and compliance with federal, state and municipal standards, including those for the installation, removal and replacement of underground storage tanks (USTs). He also ensures adherence to the lengthy list of mandates and guidelines regarding environmental services and hazardous waste handling.
In his dual role as geologist and project manager, Michael assists both APECCO customers and government agencies with environmental investigations and analysis of soil and groundwater data. This information is utilized, for example, in designing environmental remediation systems for retail gasoline marketing sites and other environmentally distressed properties.
Patrick Dunn's Bio
Patrick Dunn supervises APECCO’s Environmental Department, and oversees the company’s health & safety initiatives. Pat has more than 25 years of management experience in the environmental consulting and construction field, including oversight and execution of petroleum storage tank closure and remediation projects for commercial, municipal and residential properties.
In his role, Pat is learned in all NYSDEC and EPA regulatory requirements and guidance documents for Petroleum Bulk Storage facilities, and has served as primary liaison with regulatory agencies for spill closures, Notice of Violations, consent orders, permit negotiations and Remedial/Corrective Action Work Plans. He also has managed, implemented, and conducted personnel training for soil and ground water investigation and remediation at petroleum sites.

Jame Dollaway's Bio
James Dollaway has been in the petroleum industry since the beginning of his career. In charge of APECCO’s ongoing service group of technicians supports the ongoing expert education and evaluation initiatives to support end users. In his role directing staffing, training and performance evaluations, James optimizes the value APECCO brings to its wide array of customers by maximizing the knowledge and skills of the company’s fully trained and certified products and services providers. In his role as Director of Sales, he takes an active role of dealing with many clients to support their needs while continuing to add the additional sales representatives needed as the company continues its expansive growth curve. James also oversees key business planning practices such as the establishment of sales territories and goals. In doing so, he encourages company growth while assuring that existing customers are served both expertly and expeditiously.
