Jeffrey Reynolds's Bio
Jeffrey Reynolds and his brother Leland Reynolds provide day-to-day executive leadership at H.G. Reynolds. They share Project Executive responsibilities on all projects; ensuring clients have direct access to the company’s top management. Jeffrey and Leland have responsibility for client satisfaction with H.G. Reynolds’ staff, performance, and services. Jeffrey has 35 years of experience in the construction industry. In addition to acting as Project Executive, Jeffrey acts as a Project Manager. He is currently project manager at North Augusta High School.
Ken Long's Bio
Ken Long opened up our North Carolina Division in July 1991 after a successful 19 year career as a large North Carolina General Contractor. Ken Long serves as Vice President and is the Division Manager of the North Carolina office that completes work in North Carolina and Virginia. He oversees Project Managers in Building, Highway, Water and Sewer Lines, Water and Sewer Treatment Plant and Commercial Operations. Ken is responsible for bids, scheduling, and project managing of multiple utility and highway projects.

Bert Long's Bio
Bert Long came to work for H.G. Reynolds Co., Inc. in 1998 following graduation from N.C. State University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering and Management. He currently serves as Project Manager and oversees the building and structures side of the business for the North Carolina branch. Bert is responsible for estimating, project management, and coordination though out the construction process from bid to field construction to closeout.
Bud Zipf's Bio
Bud is a senior level Project Manager with over 30 years experience on a broad range of facility types including schools, detention facilities, dormitories, residential housing, and churches. He offers a successful track record focusing on teamwork, schedules, budgets, and quality control for all HGR clients. Bud is currently the project manager at Bowen's Corner Elementary School.
Candace Kimbrell's Bio
Candace assists project managers with daily tasks such as submittals, scheduling, cost control, and request for information and in depth cost estimating. She reviews all submittals from subcontractors/suppliers for all products and procedures used on the project. She performs quantity takeoffs for bid projects ranging from $1 Million to $30 Million. To develop the master project schedule, Candace will collaborate with the project managers to provide a logical flow of activities beginning sitework and concluding with the closeout, updating schedules monthly.
Graham Reynolds's Bio
Graham Reynolds started out in the field as an onsite job superintendent and now as a project manager. He graduated from Clemson University with a B.S. in Construction Science & Management. Mr. Reynolds is proficient in Timberline Estimating, P3 Primavera Scheduling, Suretrak, and AutoCad LT. He has a broad base of construction knowledge. Graham is responsible for planning, monitoring, and supervising on-site project construction, engineering, including administration activities. He maintains liaison with the architect, engineers, and owner regarding project progress and ensures project activities comply with company and client requirements. He is currently the project manager for the New Middle School on Highway 378 and the conversion of Myrtle Beach Elementary School.
Hank Reynolds's Bio
Hank Reynolds has been with H.G. Reynolds since 2008 and is a graduate of Clemson University. He worked as a Superintendent on numerous projects in the upstate and now serves as a Project Manager. Hank's responsibilities include for planning, monitoring, and supervising on-site project construction, engineering, including administration activities. He maintains liaison with the architect, engineers, and owner regarding project progress and ensures project activities comply with company and client requirements. He is currently managing the Carver’s Bay High School and Carver’s Bay Middle School projects.
Larry Heim's Bio
Larry Heim is a senior level Project Manager and Professional Engineer. Before coming to H. G. Reynolds in 2008, he was Project Executive and Senior Project Manager for fifteen years with Clark Construction of Tampa, Florida. His experience encompasses a wide range of multi-million dollar projects ranging from a 1.5 million square foot twenty-story hospital to a six-story federal courthouse. Larry is responsible for planning, monitoring, and supervising on-site project construction, engineering, including administration activities. He maintains liaison with the architect, engineers, and owner regarding project progress and ensures project activities comply with company and client requirements. With over 30 years previous experience, Larry is currently the project manager for the new Applied Technology Education Campus.
Leland Reynolds's Bio
Leland Reynolds and his brother Jeffrey Reynolds provide day-to-day executive leadership at H.G. Reynolds. They share Principal in Charge responsibilities on all projects, ensuring clients of direct access to the company’s top management. Jeffrey and Leland have responsibility for client satisfaction with H.G. Reynolds’ staff, performance and services. Leland has 36 years of experience in the construction industry. In addition to acting as Principal In Charge, Leland acts as a Project Manager. He is currently the Project Manager over the Anderson Institute of Technology.
Ryan Reynolds's Bio
Ryan Reynolds has worked as an onsite job superintendent and now as a project manager. He graduated from Clemson University with a B.S. in Construction Science & Management. Mr. Reynolds is proficient in Timberline Estimating, P3 Primavera Scheduling, Suretrak, and AutoCad LT. He has a broad base of construction knowledge. Ryan is responsible for planning, monitoring, and supervising on-site project construction, engineering, including administration activities. He maintains liaison with the architect, engineers, and owner regarding project progress and ensures project activities comply with company and client requirements. He is currently the project manager at Aiken High School and Ridge Spring-Monetta K-12.
Thomas Scruggs's Bio
Thomas Scruggs began his career in construction as a field engineer. He has worked as a project superintendent and has spent the last 16 years as a project manager. He graduated from the Citadel with a B.A. in History. Mr. Scruggs is proficient in Timberline Estimating and P6 Primavera Scheduling. From his 23 years of experience in the industry, he has a broad base of construction knowledge. Thomas is responsible for planning, monitoring, and supervising on-site project construction, engineering, including administration activities. He maintains liaison with the architect, engineers, and owner regarding project progress and ensures project activities comply with company and client requirements. He is currently the project manager for the Beaufort Elementary School Renovations.
