SEMCO Services, Inc. is a small, family owned business that has been serving the Commonwealth of Virginia since 1996. Our main services include selective demolition, mechanical demolition, asbestos abatement, mold remediation, and lead abatement. We are equipped to perform many other construction related tasks as well and are staffed to accomodate projects both large and small.

Located in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley with a second branch location in Richmond, we can easily work in any part of the state. We perform work in the institutional, industrial, commercial, and residential sectors. We can provide turn-key projects as a prime contractor and also as a sub-contractor to other construction firms throughout Virginia.
