Scope Of Work

The 13-story Rush Tower project was an expansion to the Golden Nugget Casino and Resort campus in Lake Charles, Louisiana to accommodate the high demand of guests at the resort. The new hotel tower is 300,000 SF and includes more than 350 luxury hotel rooms. The facility’s standard rooms are the largest in the city, and total over 500 SF with a modern design, five-fixture bathroom and two sinks, walk-in shower and oversized tub. The facility also includes 24 corner suites with floor-to-ceiling windows and three high-end, exclusive poolside villas with private patios and hot tubs. The project also included renovations to existing back-of-house offices.
