Scope Of Work
Construction of a two seven-story hotels on a five-acre site. The Aloft is a limited-service hotel with 142 guestrooms, and the Element is an extended stay hotel with 147 guestrooms. Both hotels share a common pool area, as well as a two-story, cast-in-place parking structure.
