Scope Of Work
8,545 SF, ground-up, two-story, wood-frame building for Yolo Federal Credit Union. The interior includes wood-slat ceilings, concrete stained floors, interior brick, custom casework and high-end finishes, as well as an elevator. Exterior includes thin brick with metal panels and plaster finish, store front windows, sunshades and an exterior stairwell. In addition, a drive-thru ATM, a 6-car parking lot, hydro-flo pavers, and associated sitework and landscaping. LEED NC Silver.
