Scope Of Work
The Melvin T. Walls Manor is a H.U.D. financed senior housing project. The building is a three-story wood framed structure consisting of 55 apartment units, a barber shop, laundry facilities, a library, and various community rooms. The building is the highlight of the local community providing jobs, shelter, several out-reach programs, and a great place to gather for the elderly of the community. The building was the dream of local community leader Melvin T. Walls, pastor of Latter Rain Ministries.
