Scope Of Work
The University of Virginia project required the mechanical contractor and Phoenix Metals to work together to design and manufacture HVAC ductwork and system components to accommodate the indoor quality maintenance of a mixed-use facility with negative pressure and specialty exhaust requirements.
Outside air and make-up air plenums were designed and fabricated to meet plan specifications with integrated, custom fire-dampering products, strategically assembled and delivered to support our customer's efficient install process.
We were invited by the mechanical contractor to visit the site during key installation points to view the completed sections, and continue to work with them on projects requiring custom ventilation system components.
