Scope Of Work
The design, testing, development and manufacturing of an OEM component was required by our customer to accommodate the ventilation of specialty equipment installed on multiple sites.
There was no existing, local laboratory space available to replicate the environmental demands on the product; so, a temporary one was made by Phoenix Metals to assist in the refinement of the prototype and house the product testing process.
Upon approval, the custom louver units were manufactured by Phoenix Metals and installed by the customer. Subsequent orders for OEM components requiring specialty metal manufacturing machinery and skill are being filled.
