Scope Of Work
Villager Food Services Building is a dining hall for residents and a full-service commercial-grade food
preparation facility.
• 14,000 SF Retail Center on State Highway
• 12,000 SF Wine & Spirit Retail Store
• Two 1,000 SF rental spaces
Site Developments:
• 3.0+ acre site, bound on 1 side by a creek/other side by state highway
• Installed domestic sewerage processing system for multi-tenant usage including restaurants
Retail Center Structural Features:
• Pre-engineered Structural Frame
• Standing seam roof
• Attractive and economical 100% masonry sheathing exterior finish on all walls
• Installed mezzanine structure inside retail facility accessed by electrical lift providing access for spare stock as well as executive offices
• Installed secure check cashing room featuring CMU (Concrete Masonry Unit) walls and poured concrete
ceiling structure inside store
