Scope Of Work
Designed to resemble a residential home, this project was built on the location of one of the longest standing nunneries in the Boston area. Fitting in with the feel of the area, the building incorporates synthetic wood siding and stone accents. The project was built during the area’s harshest winter in recorded history. Over 109”, or over 9 feet, of snow fell during the project’s construction. Working closely with the local subcontractor community, work progressed even when almost all other businesses in the area were closed due to the weather.
