Our Story
James R Fincham is the owner and primary Certified Professional Soil Scientist of Fincham Soil Investigations. He is 68 years young and is driven to apply knowledge of Soils Science in as professional a manner as possible as it relates to use of soils as a medium in which septic effluent can be treated and dissipated effectively.
Fincham Soil Investigations has been doing business in Northeast Ohio since 1986. Much has changed in since 1986. Understanding of soils, how to read soil characteristics, what they mean and how they affect the operation of septic systems has grown exponentially.
Fincham Soil Scientists have been involved in every aspect of these changes to the point of doing original experimentation in how septic systems can be renovated in lieu of total replacement.
