Our level of confidence and proof of performance in the residential multiple family sector, the commercial and retail sector, and the medical arts is exemplary. Our projects range from the small to the mid-range categories. Our client base is renowned and diverse. We have represented major corporate players such as A&S Department Stores, we brought Block Buster Video into the New York market, we also introduced the Rite Aid chain into the New York market. Our restaurant designs vary from small intimate four star restaurants up to twelve hundred seat venues such as Mars 2112 in Times Square. Our residential designs, especially in the multi-family category, have won numerous AIA Design Awards. Our medical clients have ranged from small sole practitioners to group medical practices such as Century Medical Group up to hospitals such as Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
