Drive through Pacific Beach, and you’ll see Armstrong Builders’ designs and construction around every corner. We’ve been building in Coastal San Diego since 1980, remodeling or building custom homes, condos and townhomes  from the ground up.   We continue to build on our reputation for quality and creativity in design-build remodeling and construction all over San Diego county.

While we started as a traditional bid-build GC, Tom’s innate design abilities and creative drive led him to become an early adopter/innovator in the design-build method of delivering construction services. He recognized that it is the most responsible way to build, the buck starts and stops in the exact same place.

When clients become friends, or comes back to us for work on a second or third project, we know we have done our job, building the highest quality possible, and doing it with integrity and style.
