Scope Of Work
The City of Euless contracted the work for an office building in which a specific tenant, Redi-Mix Concrete, would occupy the building. As such, much of the building is made out of a variety of specialty concrete types from the structure to the interior finishes, with exposed concrete columns, concrete countertops and a stained concrete floor.
The building’s scope included conference rooms, lobby, kitchen, laboratory for concrete mixing and offices. The sitework was a large part of the project which included grading, site utility work, landscaping, streets, hardscaping, rod-iron fencing, automatic gates and irrigation. Construction progressed at an accelerated pace while providing a quality building with which the City of Euless was quite pleased.
