Scope Of Work

The DoubleTree by Hilton, located across the street from notable The Galleria shopping mall in downtown Houston, is a striking 26-floor tower that has recently undergone extensive renovations, including a new mechanical system to replace the original built over thirty years ago. Other renovations included the parking areas, the pool and 380 updated guest rooms. VCC was able to complete each floor’s construction schedule on-time so the hotel could fill the rooms as soon as possible once construction was completed.
