Scope Of Work
It was clearly a front burner challenge. The Home Depot came to Menemsha with a remodel program for 320 locations to update their kitchen displays with the newest products. Our dedicated Project Management team coordinated the survey of each site identifying the scope required with a dedicated Home Depot representative.
A preconstruction meeting with the store manager and the kitchen department heads ensured that the scope of work and expectations of the construction process were clear to all. We used our own crews to execute the construction work and coordinated with Home Depot kitchen vendors. Our Project Managers conducted punch walks at each location and posted photos on the client website. Our highly organized and inclusive process earned accolades from both the Home Depot store management and Project Management teams. We all locations with a minimal to zero punch record. Moreover, the work was done on time and within budget. Truly a partnership that was ‘well done’.
