Scope Of Work

Shake rattle ‘n roll. Our client has heritage and personality in spades! And that sets the bar higher when it comes to projects requiring Architectural and Construction services. With 566 locations in 28 states across the United States and many overseas locations, Steak ‘n Shake turned to Menemsha to help them with a variety of programs. Our Architectural and Construction divisions came together to help with a 2900 SF new TI program in Tempe – Arizona’s first Steak ‘n Shake. We delivered the project within budget on an expedited 9-week construction schedule. At San Jose State University, we provided general contracting services and self-performed some of the construction activities - all on an extremely tight 3-week schedule. Further afield, we have also provided Architectural Services for overseas locations in the Bahamas, France, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and Spain. Did we mention, Bahamas? You can be sure we put our steak in the sand.
