Kevin joined the Procopio Companies full-time in 1976. He currently holds the position of President (and de-facto Drone Pilot), where he is responsible for spearheading special projects, coordinating complex entitlements, and consulting with project-level teams for complex problem solving and solution engineering. With a background in Architectural Engineering, site work, utility construction, and heavy civil construction, it’s not uncommon to find him back at his roots – in the dirt (or an excavator), with the site work teams.

Michael joined the Procopio Companies full time in 2003, and is the Chief Executive Officer of the firm. Michael is responsible for strategic planning, growth, corporate management, and overall leadership of the firm. In 2019, he was selected as one of two national finalists for the National Association of Home Builders Multifamily Pillars of the Industry One-to-Watch Award.

Greg joined the Procopio Companies directly out of Wentworth in 2008, and currently holds the position of Vice President of Construction. His background is in construction management and he has done it all on our sites. He is currently responsible for leading all construction operations across our portfolio. He can usually be found pushing the limits on new and innovative techniques to make our projects safer, more efficient, and better built.

Bryan joined the Procopio Companies in 2018, and currently holds the role of  Vice President of Development. Bryan brought a deep design and construction background to the Procopio team and is responsible for leading the development team through the full-cycle development process, including acquisitions, development, construction, and operations.

Kathleen joined the Procopio Companies in 2003, with a background in business administration, real estate, and accounting. She currently holds the position of Vice President of Finance & Administration, and is responsible for leading the finance, accounting, and administrative teams.
