rand* renovated this performance space for CBS Radio Baltimore, demolishing the interior and building a stage.
Demolished the existing mechanical, electrical and plumbing items, as well as the drywall, existing finished ceramic tile flooring, wall and base
Installed owner-provided lighting truss for new stage lighting
Installation of platform stage
Acoustical Soundscape and graphic panels
Design-build MEP to include relocation of existing supply and diffusers, sprinkler system, new power for special effects lighting
Ceiling concealment required all MEP systems installed plus reinforcement of roof structure to support aluminum lighting truss
2 weeks of sound wiring and production set-up preceded opening show
