Scope Of Work
Renovation of former historic registered City School constructed in 1929 to a Senior Center and community center
The center provides space for food services, instruction, exercise, games, billiards learning, health screening, ceramic, fine arts as well as be a gathering place for socialization
The building houses conference and meeting space for the community’s use
The entire building is ADA accessible, by lowering the exterior grade, raising some floor areas and adding a passenger elevator
The project is LEED ® Commercial Interior with energy efficient heating and cooling from a geothermal system, as well as energy efficient interior and exterior lighting
