Scope Of Work
The Pippin Hill Farm & Vineyards at 5022 Plank Road within Bundoran Farm in North Garden is one of the newest boutique winery and events destinations around Charlottesville. Artisan began providing preconstruction services in June 2010 as part of a collaborative design process that centered around Geobarn construction. This modified post & beam design with diagonal framing is beautiful both inside and out.
With permits in hand by November construction began along with the Owner’s event planning; the first wedding was booked for May 28, 2011. While the bride and groom celebrated their new life together, the owners celebrated the opening of their new business venture.
