Milton Pettengill serves as Chief Estimator for the firm with diverse experience in industrial and commercial buildings, healthcare, educational, institutional facilities, hotels, resorts, residential homes and multi-family dwellings.
He started his career in 1978 after serving in the U.S.Army; He has been working in the electrical construction industry for 35 years, working his way from apprentice to earning his Master Electricians license in 1995. He attended Mississippi State University where he received his Industrial Electrical Teaching Certificate to teach electrical vocational classes. He co-authored the electrical curriculum utilized across the nation at vocational schools.
Mr. Pettengill also has extensive managerial experience. His experience includes scope of work development, project coordination, project quality and budget control, estimating project costs, negotiating buyouts, preparing and updating cost, forecasting reports and has managed all aspects of a variety of industrial, commercial and residential construction projects.
He possesses years of experience in design and construction of projects involving large power distribution systems, emergency generators, lightning protection/prevention, communication systems, fire alarm, nurse call, paging, mission critical, music and public address systems.
