Scope Of Work
This project involved an 18,000-sq.-ft. finishout of laboratories on the fourth floor of an 11-story building. One project challenge was the change-out of an air-handling unit serving animal rooms that could not be shut down. DPR had the unit shipped in pieces, then reassembled it onsite, completing the work within just one week. DPR proposed completing the project 35 days faster than the University required, and completed on time despite owner-initiated changes.
