Smartscapes is a full Landscape Construction Company that covers all of Southern California. Smartscapes was founded by Jerry McMillan in Pasadena, CA back in 1980. Its still a family owned and operated company on its second generation. We are a complete design, and build company that focuses on the latest landscape construction, commercial & residential.
