Scope Of Work
High Construction provided preconstruction and construction management services for The Reserve at Greenfield in Lancaster, Pa. The 107,000 SF, L-shaped structure includes 82 upscale apartments, and spans four stories in the front and five stories in the back, due to the site’s slope. The bottom floor in the back is devoted to 23 garages. A parking lot circles the building.
Apartments feature one-, two- and three-bedroom configurations, with wood-like floors, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Building amenities include a fitness center, a business center, a yoga studio, a pet spa, a lounge with Wi-Fi and a two-sided fireplace, a bicycle storage and repair room, and storage lockers. The building is also equipped with elevators and security keycard access.
