Scope Of Work
La Mar restaurant in the Mandarin Oriental hotel overlooking Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline is a contemporary Peruvian fusion restaurant, featuring 3 bars and indoor and outdoor seating. The renovation of the Mandarin Oriental hotel consisted of a 4-phase construction schedule while the hotel remained open, beginning with Azul Restaurant, exterior stairs and bathroom, Lobby Bar, and La Mar restaurant, moving the kitchen from the 1st to 2nd floor. The schedule spanned a year.
