Scope Of Work
The MacGillivray's Building is a designaed historic site and was restored by matching old photographs known to be historically correct taken before several non-historic renovations were done. The building was structurally stabalized from the interior, and the trim work and stair rails were redone in kind to match the existing. Reciepent of the 2006 Baltimore Heritage Historic Preservation Award, and the 2007 Maryland Historic Trust Award as presented by the State of Maryland.
