Adams-Bickel Associates, LLC has a long history, which can be traced back to the 1940’s. Originally incorporated in 1980 as Adams-Bickel Associates, Inc., the company was re-organized in 2013, and is on a course of growth, positioning it as a leader in Construction Management and General Contracting in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.

The company was founded in 1947 by Walter J. Adams, who earned a reputation for excellence as a residential and commercial builder. H. James Bickel joined the firm in 1979, which was incorporated as Adams-Bickel Associates, Inc. in 1980. In 1986 Gustavo I. Perea joined the company and became an owner in 2003. During this period the company grew from a $5 million builder to a highly respected general contracting and construction

management firm generating up to $50 million in annual revenues. Following H. James Bickel’s retirement in early 2013 the Company has been re-organized as Adams-Bickel Associates, LLC by Mr. Perea and his partner Joseph P. Bello Jr., who are now concentrating their energies in the commercial, industrial and institutional markets.

Adams-Bickel  is a long-standing member of the Eastern Pennsylvania Chapter of Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC). Adams-Bickel has developed a reputation for quality work and superior client satisfaction in a diverse range of markets including industrial, commercial, institutional, educational, religious, health care and multifamily residential projects of all sizes.

Adams-Bickel has proven results in all phases of construction management and general contracting.  The company offers value engineering, preliminary estimates, and plan and specification review.
