Founded in 1996, KDC Construction offers commercial construction services in California and neighboring states.  KDC Construction president, Ken Cirks, brings over thirty years of experience in the construction industry.  KDC employs a large staff of project managers and superintendents who bring a wide range of commercial construction knowledge and leadership.  Our company has long term relationships in good standing with hundreds of subcontractors and suppliers.

KDC Construction is an industry leader in Program Management (multi-site roll-outs for rebranding, new equipment, and renovation); serving some of America’s largest corporations.

From original plans to final project close-out, KDC Construction provides services in value engineering, accurate estimating, pre-construction, scheduling, equipment and material procurement, cost control, and field management.  KDC has the unique capability to self-perform fast track projects with contractor licenses in General Building, General Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing construction; employing expert craftsmen from numerous trade disciplines.

KDC Construction is committed to safety; meeting regularly under the direction of a contracted safety compliance firm.  The entire KDC Construction field staff is API WorkSafe Safety Key certified.
