Scope Of Work
R. W. Allen was contracted to provide Construction Management at-Risk Services on the three-story Doctor’s Hospital Medical Office Building. These services included an exterior made up of E.I.F.S. and glass and a TPO system roof. The facility has a structural steel frame with a concrete metal deck.
The facility is comprised of doctor’s offices, exam and research rooms,
state-of-the-art conference/media rooms for long-distance learning classes, high-end kitchen and break rooms, elaborate finishes and extremely cognizant infectious disease control measures/systems.
The project was successfully delivered on time, completed within the allotted 9-month construction schedule, and within budget.
